They are all encompassing. They are on top of everything. They answer questions. Miss Tina, the owner, comes by personally. I appreciate that greatly. Her nurses are also very motivated.

I appreciated that they always listened to me and kept me informed. They kept me updated on what I wanted to know, and answered me right away. I would like to recognize my supervisor, Tina, and my nurse, Jasmine. They are always pretty well informed, and do what I would expect from a home health agency.

It was helpful to have their phone calls informing me about when they would arrive and I liked that they cover the things that need to be covered and that they explain things. Sandra is a good nurse and very nice.

My nurses are very good advocates, Benita and Tina. Glad to have help and that my doctor sent them.

It helped that they sent someone to check on me. I appreciate them coming. I want to recognize the nurse, Debra. She took care of my wound. thankful they were recommended by Texas family medicine.

I have been with them for years because I am satisfied. I would recognize the nurse I have now, Debra. She is excellent but they all are. They are awesome and always help me. I have no complaints. i am very happy my doctor recommended them.

They are responsive and have attention to detail. Jasmine, I believe she was fathers nurse. She made sure we sent him to the ER when his blood sugar spiked. They were all very nice and responsive. They did an amazing job and were really good.

As being a patient since 2021 and I am impressed with the authentic care that the owner and her team has provided. A nurse comes once a week to make sure my that my pill box is filled, give me my insulin shot, and call in any refills that I might need; as well as let my PCP know This year my blood pressure had bottom out and the nurse called 911, stayed until EMS arrived and left. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Bexar Care Home Health, Inc to anyone who is in need of home health care.

We Love BEXAR CARE! The staff goes above and beyond to help us and our loved ones stay safe and make sure they feel loved as well. My MIL’s nurse goes the extra mile and visits with her and makes her feel heard. It’s comforting to know she is in the best hands.

I had agencies in past take care of my grandmother. we always had a different person and they rarely knew what they were suppose to do. With Bexar Care Home Health it has been completely different. scheduled visit times and days arranged in advance and have same staff seeing my grandmother. My grandmother mother can be difficult and even she likes them; they remember what she needs and they do it without being reminded. good experience with them.
