Bexar Care Home Health, Inc. is a locally owned home health agency that offers around-the-clock medical and non-medical care services in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding areas such as Atascosa, Wilson, Guadlupe, Comal, Kendal, Medina, Bandera. Our agency is founded in 2003 and has experience for more than 30 years in nursing and 28 years in home health industry. Our company is owned by a Registered Nurse who has a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is passionate for providing care to others.
The focus of our agency is to help older adults, persons with disabilities, and those who are facing challenges due to chronic conditions have the option to receive high-quality care in the comfort of their homes. We want to help them stay or age in the place where they are most comfortable with, together with their loved ones.

Each of our staff has undergone an extensive screening process and comprehensive training to ensure they are qualified and can uphold our standards and represent our company most professionally.
